Estimated mid-year revenue for the city of Morgantown is likely to be almost $2 million lower than expected.
It seems to be a short-term problem, but I like the way the city is going to handle this. Rather than use funny math or tinker with the numbers, they're going to hold off on any major expenditures and actually wait until they can afford the projects without going into debt.
It's always nice to see responsibility with our money.
