A few local celebrities will try out their dance moves at this year's Alzheimer's Association's "Dancing Through Times" event.
The campaign kicked off Friday afternoon, as celebrity dancers met their professional partners.
Morgantown's Mayor Jim Manilla, Miss Teen West Virginia Elizabeth Sabatino and 12News' own Tony Amormino are among the participants in the third annual event.
The Alzheimer's association hopes to raise more than $35,000.
"Not only is this fundraiser to help with care, and education. It's also going to research because our goal, our ultimate goal is to have a world without Alzheimer's," said Sandra Vanin, of the Alzheimer's Association.
The dance will take place on Saturday March 23. To get tickets or donate you can call 800-272-3900.
