While the rush for hunting season is weeks behind us now, sportsmen still have plenty to get ready for.
The Division of Natural Resources has started stocking streams and lakes throughout the state, and fishers are gearing up, too.
Stores like Jerry's Sporting Good in Lewis County are filling the shelves, and will have more supplies on hand to keep anglers ready to go, especially if the fish aren't biting.
"It's just a constant flow. We've got people in and out all day long. They go fish and aren't hitting on one thing, so they come here and try to find something they will hit on," said David Riddle, an employee at Jerry's Sporting Goods.
