A fully-involved house fire has been reported in Jackson County, WV.
Dispatchers say it happened just before 9 a.m. on Dec. 14 on the 10400 block of Spencer Road in Ripley.
A family occupied the home, but no one was inside the house at the time.
A neighbor came over to tell them that their home was on fire.
Investigators believe that the fire may have been electrical.
The fire dept. had problem with access to water because they couldn't locate a hydrate and a creek near the home was too low.
The house have been declared a total loss.
