An art exhibit at Glenville State College honors West Virginia's veterans.
The West Virginia Veterans Legacy Project is displaying pictures of veterans in the Glenville State's art gallery.
The project purpose is to immortalize these veterans' memories in a way that's more accessible to the public.
"It's someone that lives within a few miles of them, and they're able to hear first hand experiences instead of just always reading things from a book that's published hundreds of miles away," said Jason Gum, Archivist.
Gum said the display's next stop will be Beckley, in January, followed by a trip to the VA in Clarksburg.
