The Barbour County Sheriff's Department is investigating an accident Saturday evening that sent one woman to the hospital.
It happened on Route 57 around 10:30 p.m.
Two people were traveling west on Route 57, when something caused their vehicle to lose control and flipped several times, officials said.
The passenger refused treatment, but the driver was taken to United Hospital Center.
Their injuries did not appear to be life threatening, officials said.
Names haven't been released at this time.
Fire departments from Stonewood, Nutter Fort, and Philippi along with Barbour County EMS, Barbour County Sheriff, and W.Va. State Police all responded.
