Stonewall Resort threw a Thanksgiving dinner for its patrons Thursday.
It started serving at 11 a.m. Thursday to accommodate as many people as possible.
It's a big undertaking, but the resort's staff said it's not a bad way to spend the holiday.
"Everybody gets together, and we're all like family anyway, we see each other mostly more than we see our families, so to have this day and be able to all be here and really accomplish something great together, feeding 800 people is a big task," said Tim White, of Stonewall Resort.
Any big Thanksgiving meal has lots of leftovers.
Stonewall Resort used the Thanksgiving leftovers to hold a sandwich bar for its guests Thursday evening.
