Millions of Americans hit the road Wednesday for one of the busiest travel days of the year.
With more people on the road, driving can become dangerous. Truckers notice the extra traffic, since they're on the road most of the time.
"I'm noticing a lot more carelessness, a lot more accidents, a lot more fatalities and injuries. And basically it's a mess," said Robert DeHayes, a driver from Transport America.
AAA estimates that more than 40 million Americans will take trips of 50 miles or more during the Thanksgiving holiday.
