The new CVS located on East Main Street and Marshall Street in Clarksburg officially opened its doors on Sunday at 8 a.m.
It offers a drive-thru pharmacy and sells beer and wine.
This comes one day after the CVS on Route 19 in Clarksburg shut its doors for good. It is encouraging customers to visit the new Clarksburg location.
Store employees at that location moved to the new store.
Customers' prescriptions at the Route 19 location were scheduled to be transferred to the new store.
A little more than one year ago plans were approved to build a new CVS Pharmacy in Clarksburg.
It has been in the works ever since and is now in the final stages of completion.
The store will be located at the corner of East Main Street and Marshall Street.
The new store will be opening in February.

City Manager Martin Howe said the new store at the intersection of Main and Marshall Street is set to open by early November.
Howe said it's unclear if the CVS store located at the intersection of Route 19 and Route 98 will remain open.
The city of Clarksburg is moving forward with plans for a new CVS Pharmacy on the corner of East Main and Marshall Streets.
On Tuesday night, the Board of Zoning approved several variances after hearing from residents and the building's developer, Hometown Development Co.
Several of those residents expressed concerns about potential traffic issues on Waldeck Street, which runs behind the development, and the fate of their homes.
City manager Martin Howe said Hometown Development Co. may purchase a dozen houses neighboring homes to make room for the project.
Next, the board will decide whether to issue a permit for the property.
