A Marion County man was arrested for DUI and child neglect with risk of injury.
Marion County Sheriff's Department arrested Jeremy Butcher Saturday night.
Officials said Butcher was asleep in the drive thru of the Hardee's in Whitehall when an employee had to go wake up him to tell him to move. He then moved his car to the parking lot and fell back to sleep with the car off. That's where the Sheriff's Department found him.
Officials said Butcher had a child, 11, in the backseat who was shivering and needing to use the restroom.
Child Protective Services has been notified. Butcher is being held at North Central Regional Jail on $10,000 bail.
