On Tuesday night the Marion County Board of Education held a meeting in North Marion High School.
With the recent denial of the school bond in Marion County, many students and faculty are wondering, "where do we go from here?"
"We still think it's a very worth while project, we think that the students of the north marion deserve to be on an equal footing with not only with the other schools in the community but also with the schools in this part of the state that they compete against," said Marion County Schools Superintendent Gary Price.
On January 14th, there will be an open forum held. People will be able to voice their opinions about Marion County school improvements, as well as directly talk to Dr. Mark Manchin, who is the head of the executive secretary of the school building authority.
