Is your home or work prepared in the event of an earthquake?
WVU Police are encouraging the community to participate in a regional "Shake Out" drill Thursday at 10:18 a.m.
At that time, people are asked to practice the 'drop, cover and hold on,' for 90 seconds.
It's been just over a year since the 5.8 magnitude earthquake in Mineral Virginia that was felt across the region.
