Preston County officials held a mock disaster at Preston High School and other locations around the county on Saturday.
The day included several scenarios including a live shooter on campus, EMS rescue, and SWAT team drill.
Students and faculty volunteered to participate in the event to help and play hostages.
The 911 Center, sheriff's department, fire department and rescue squads were all involved in the mock disaster.
The Preston County Commission and other officials will evaluate the situation and see how to better their procedures.
