The Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating a shooting that happened Friday night just after 8:30.
Anthony Delligatti, 18, and Amanda Delligatti, 21, were both treated and released by EMS after a possible road rage incident on Interstate 79.
The sheriff's department said the incident happened near the I-79 weigh station near mile marker 137. The shooter followed the Delligattis before pulling up to the passenger side of the vehicle, showing a handgun and firing one round, according to deputies.
The victims pulled off I-79 at the East Park Avenue exit and ended up at the McDonalds off of Speedway Avenue.
Deputies said Anthony Delligatti was grazed by a shell casing along his back and his sister, Amanda, was grazed on her right elbow.
The vehicle was described as a tan or gold Chrysler Sebring, which reportedly headed northbound on I-79 following the incident.

The Marion County Rescue Squad said the shooter was driving a Chrysler Sebring and continued on 1-79 North toward Morgantown after the shooting. The victims pulled off I-79 at the East Park Avenue Exit and ended up at the McDonalds off of Speedway Avenue.
The sheriff's department said the shooter is still at large, and it is unclear if the victims knew the shooter personally.

The sheriff's department said no one was taken to the hospital.
