Breast cancer survivors have another option to seek support and purchase new clothes.
The Mastectomy Boutique at Rider Pharmacy in Fairmont welcomed breast cancer survivors at their open house earlier Thursday. The Boutique is presenting its new collection for 2013 and provides a place for those affected by breast cancer to find support.
"Beverly's very good, she measures you, she fits you, she makes you feel at home and she makes you feel comfortable," said breast cancer survivor Sharon Maier.
"They're knowledgeable about what we need, like prosthesis and different things that we need," said breast cancer survivor Kay Swiger.
Beverly Slagle is the owner and operator of Mastectomy Boutique. She has worked in the field of post-mastectomy products for more than eight years.
