Route 19 was shut down Friday after a tanker truck rolled over in Harrison County.
The accident happened just after 6 p.m. between West Milford and Good Hope.
The West Milford Fire Department said the truck was carrying water to an oil and gas drilling site when it tipped over.
Chief John Elko said it appeared the truck wasn't entirely full of water, and that the shifting of water could have caused the truck to roll over.
The driver of that truck was taken to United Hospital Center with non life-threatening injuries.
Route 19 has since reopened.
West Virginia State police are investigating.
