The Brickside Beer & Birdies 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit Kidz 1st Fund is set for Friday, July 27.
Registration is at Noon and there will be a shotgun start at 1 p.m. It's a four person scramble format, $110 per golfer. The fee includes golf, cart, drink on the course, goodie bags, food on the course, dinner and chances to win various prizes.
There will also be prizes for the first, second and third closest to the pin, longest drive, longest putt, straightest drive and challenge event. There is also a hole in one contest sponsored by Larry Myers.

Florida State Football Coach and Clarksburg native Jimbo Fisher and his wife Candi started Kidz 1st Fund in August 2011. The national fund raises money to help find a cure for Fanconi anemia. The Fisher's son, Ethan, suffers from the rare blood disorder.
